Very good shop. Item arrived before time
My husband Juris Eglitis was ordered sofa-bed 13 weeks ago,where is it?Why did you not answer phone.Its said 5-34 workings days,where is a sofa-bed?
Very friendly helpfull staff.Wide choice of items was offered , plus financing when required!
Poor communication, does not answer phone calls or E-mails. My sofa was 5 weeks late in delivery, the only redeeming factor is that the items are good quality. Poor company to buy items from, I suggest going elsewhere if you can.
Very, very bad service didn't get any information about my delivery date,I was ringing to them and asking , they delay my delivery date for a 3 weeks, together was waiting 3 months they promise every week that sofa will come next week, finally was sitting two weeks on the floor, When I cancel my order and asked about refund, they didn't replay my e-mails ,phone calls. I paid 849 pounds,After 3 weeks I got my money back only because I called to bank and they opened the case .Don"t trust them ,they lying to people. Avoid this company , better find different shop and pay little bit more but you know that you will get your order
