My husband ordered a bouquet for me for our ruby wedding anniversary to be delivered to the hotel where we were celebrating the event. He had asked for lilies and some roses and requested it be fragrant. There were 2 lilies, no roses and absolutely no flowers with any fragrance. When I undid the bouquet lots of the stems were broken and the leaves withered. As it was Sunday, we had to wait until Monday to revert back to the shop. The person he spoke to said very few flowers these days have fragrance and added that we should have returned them, which was not possible since they were delivered on the Saturday night. We were both very disappointed with their attitude and the quality of the flowers. We will not be using this florist again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Me and the wife would like to thank you guys so much for all your help with our wedding. Just received our album, wow - photos are fantastic, wife loved her flowers and so did the mother in law, big thanks to your chauffeur as well. Thanks again for all your help making our day perfect. Professional and highly accommodating. We couldnt be happier with the service we received. The flowers were beautiful and the cars looked great and everyone who was involved in our special day was obliging and more than willing to help. The photos were just fantastic and the photographer was appreciated by all making everyone feel at ease and the experience enjoyable. We heartily recommend Love Florist and thank them again for making our wedding day so special.
