Didn't even make it inside. 3 Degrees outside and raining, my little boy was absolutely freezing while we stood waiting to get in(outside reception isn't the best idea during winter). After being stood for 10 minutes freezing, the queue didn't move while the elderly receptionist sat playing on her phone. Went upto the desk and asked why we weren't moving and was bluntly told "we're full". A sign stating "We are currently at full capacity but after a small wait a space may come available", would of been sufficient. Unfortunately that wasnt the case we were just left to stand freezing and the receptionist didn't care in the slightest to even mention anything. The reception is the face of the company. I suggest new staff.
Excellent soft play areas for all ages of children, cafe with good selection easy parking and facilities. Reasonable pricing.
Great time for kids indoors!!! On sunny days outdoors are super fun! My kid loved it!
So awful, its good! The models/characters are unrealistic. That said junior recognised them all (nearly). He really enjoyed it.Paid a lot of money for photos in Santas Grotto and they turned out to be Santa-centric with the kid off to one side. Which was disappointing.
It was fun! It has a fantastic soft play! It has different things outside, ie zip line and you can see things have been painted etc. Kids 1,5+7 all enjoyed it. Had a lovely picnic on grounds.
