Airport Short Stay Car Park (opposite airport) - Parked my car here for only 29 hours and was charged a scandalous 70!! I'll not be using Aberdeen Airports parking again.

As a means of providing a visitor's first impression of this town, the airport is abysmal. The new buildings might improve the terminal, but it isn't going to improve the staff's poor customer service. Miserable, grumpy, slow to open check-in desks on time, and this morning nothing short of rude. The passenger facilities are archaic and more befitting a regional airport in the United States, rather than a so-called International Airport. I really hope the parking charges (that are extortionate) are being put to good use. We aren't all rich oil executives or workers, and I'm tempted to travel via Edinburgh from now on.
Extremely helpful staff! Not anything exuberant, but it has a tax-free shop and a pub! Had a great experience
Aberdeen International(!) Airport? Wow, what an absolute joke that is. The whole place needs leveling and staring again. Absolutely ridiculous place. No real easy reach to Dyce station either. Not really surprising when you look at the rest of Aberdeen, I suppose. Took them 4 DECADES to build the bloody bypass! Looks like a pittance from the oil income was spent on both.WHY DOES IT TAKE SO DAMN LONG TO GET THROUGH SECURITY?? OPEN THE SECOND X-RAY MACHINE ONCE IN A WHILE FOR GOD'S SAKE!! Absolute joke!!
